I had an amazing time at this lovely guest house in Aberdeen. Great value for money and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the staff treated me with such friendliness and helpfulness. I felt right at home.
The breakfast could be improved with a table in the shared bathroom to put our things on while showering.

Located near a grocery store and easy access to transportation. the room had excellent shower facilities and a TV/DVD player. Free access to WiFi and parking made things easy.
There was no food service on New Year's Day. the cleaning service was slow and the room felt crowded with little storage space.

BEST EASTER EVER! I had such an amazing experience this Easter break with the best breakfast I've ever tasted! They offer off-road parking, which made it really easy to explore the area. And the location was perfect - close to food and shopping. But the best part was the warm welcome we got from the owner. Her friendly smile really made our stay!
That the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. But that's only a minor detail considering all the great things about this place.

My colleague and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for several weeks and we couldn't be happier. The owner greeted us warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly atmosphere from the start. The hotel itself was impeccable - bright, clean, and modern, with well-equipped rooms and shower facilities. One standout feature was the amazing breakfast, which was truly the best I've ever had. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, and we even had access to the kitchen to prepare our own evening meals. The attention to detail and the warm, family-like atmosphere made us feel right at home.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

What a surprise! the guest house website doesn't do justice to this hidden gem. the rooms are modern and spacious, with great amenities like a flatscreen TV and free WiFi. the family room was a great bargain at only £48 per night, including breakfast. the location is perfect - within walking distance to shops and training centers. the private parking was a big bonus, and I loved that I could bring my own food or order takeout to enjoy in my room or the cozy living area.
Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about. the owner was lovely and welcoming, making me feel right at home.
